Lam sees himself as an “intrapreneur” with a challenger mindset. He believes in the necessity of balancing both strategic thinking and feasibility planning in order to bring brand vision and business growth to life, not stay on paper.
He has a good level of familiarity across diverse categories, such as FMCG (Unilever, Nestle, Vinamilk), Telecom (Viettel), Finance (HSBC, Techcombank, ACB), Ride-hailing (GoJek), Alcoholic Beverages (Chivas, Ballentines, Bia Sai Gon, San Miguel, etc.), Heavy Industry (Hoa Phat), Automobiles (Vinfast, Suzuki), etc.
Lam plays an active role in the local Advertising and Strategy community who is currently the Founder of the biggest Strategy community in Vietnam “CLB những chiến lược gia củ khoai tây”. He’s also a published author of the book “What the heck is INSIGHT & How to find it?”
In 2015, he represented Vietnam at New York Festival Torch Awards and AdFest Young Lotus Awards 2016 at Pattaya.
Lam comes on board at MullenLowe Mishra with the mandate to lead the Strategy department, to further strengthen MLM’s unique hybrid offerings and enhance its strategic orientation and partnership with MLM’s clients and team leaders.
